We offer free shipping in Canada and USA on orders over $150 CAD after discounts and taxes have been applied.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information and other order details. Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to holiday influx, Covid-19 outbreaks and natural disasters. The shipping methods available to you are automatically displayed at checkout. If the designated carrier cannot deliver your package due to any of the following reasons, your order will be refunded completely minus any fees or additional charges for a returned order. - Incorrect address - No access to mailbox - Missing unit information - No access to unit * We will first attempt to contact you for alternative arrangements or to verify shipping information. You are responsible for all shipping fees in cases where delivery attempts fail.
