Order Status and Processing
Orders are processed same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information and other order details. Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to public holidays, holiday influx, Covid-19 outbreaks and natural disasters.

We do! If you are located in Vancouver, BC, we do offer some pick-up options. Please email us before you make your purchase.
