REFUND POLICY

At Tough Titties, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes, returns are necessary. Below are the conditions under which returns and refunds are possible. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except final sale items. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - this means unworn and unwashed with tags and barcode/SKU information intact. If you have misplaced these product identifiers, please contact us so we can provide you with the information to include inside your return package.

ITEMS MAY BE REJECTED FOR RETURN DUE TO, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

• Pet / Human hair

• Stains and residue from deodorant or other hygienic products / Make-up

• Smell (smoke, body odour, etc.)

• General damages

• Sign of wear 

There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrect product. Contact us directly so we can organize a replacement item. We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

To return an item, please email us hello@toughtitties.ca Refunds can only be done to the original purchaser’s payment method on file with us or by gift card credit. Returns are processed within 1-5 business days of items received. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. We do not accept returns outside of our Return Policy, however, in special circumstances if & when an exception to a return outside of the policy is made, a 25% restocking fee may be applicable per return.

When you choose to receive your refund on your original payment method, the cost of returning your items is removed from your total eligible refund amount.



When will I receive my exchange, refund or store credit?


We will issue your refund or gift card once we approve your return (~2-5 business days). All items are to be inspected once they are returned to our warehouse.

We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy (see below).

EXCHANGES

Please note, we can not guarantee the availability of the same product in a different size. If your size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
